How to use AICLUBAFRICA

Everything you can do on the platform, step by step: learn, earn XP and AI Coins, get certificates and climb the leaderboards. Students start at the top; parents, teachers and schools have their own sections near the end.

🚀 Getting started

Create your account

  1. Go to Register.
  2. Choose how you are joining: through your school (type the signup code your school gave you) or on your own as an individual learner.
  3. Fill in your name, phone number, class and a password you will remember.
  4. Answer the short welcome questions, then you land on your dashboard.

Go to Login and enter your phone number (for example 08012345678) and your password.

🪜 AI Club Levels (My Level)

If your school is on AI Club Levels, your learning is a ladder: one school term = one Level, and there are 9 Levels in all. Your dashboard shows a purple My Level card. Tap it to open your Level Journey.

How a Level works

  • Each Level has 3 units, opening in weeks 1, 3 and 5. It is planned to be finished by week 8, before school exams.
  • To finish a Level you do just 4 things: one course in each unit, plus one Code Lab level. Units also show ✨ optional extras for when you have time; they never stop you finishing.
  • Your current Level is the first one you have not finished. Earlier Levels stay open, so if you join late you can catch up.
  • The next Level opens next term. You can see what is coming, but it stays locked until then.
  • Courses you already finished count automatically, even if you did them before Levels started.

Level exam and graduation

  • When you finish every step of a Level (and all its units are open), a 📝 Level exam appears on your Level Journey.
  • It has just 10 questions (about ten minutes) from that Level's courses. You need 70% to pass, and you get 3 tries every 24 hours. Each try is a new set of questions.
  • Pass it to graduate and get a FREE Level certificate that you can print, share and verify, like your course certificates.

Show your parent

On your Level Journey, tap 📲 Send on WhatsApp to send your parent a private link to your term report: your Level, steps done and any certificates.

Your old courses

Nothing is taken away. All the courses your school gave you before stay open, and the Level courses are added on top.

💡 Finished everything that is open? Keep your streak going with Daily Quests, the Daily Review and the AI Arcade until the next unit opens.

📚 Courses & lessons

Taking a course

  1. Open the 📚 Courses tab and tap a course.
  2. Work through the lessons in order. Lessons are short and interactive: read, tap, answer and try things.
  3. Each lesson must stay open for at least 1 minute before you can mark it complete. Take your time and read it properly.
  4. Some lessons are Quick Tasks (assignments). Type your own answer or upload a photo. Answers copied from a chatbot are refused and earn no XP. An AI reviewer gives you feedback.
  5. The last lesson is the final quiz: 10 questions. You need 70% to pass, and you get up to 3 tries every 24 hours.

XP from courses

  • Each lesson gives XP (about 85 for a reading lesson, more for tasks and quizzes).
  • Finishing a whole course adds a completion bonus: 200 XP for a free course, 800 XP for a premium one.
  • Welcome bonus: your very first lesson, or your first lesson after 14 or more days away, earns double XP. Look for the pink banner on your dashboard.

Learning without data

On a course page, tap ⬇ Download for offline while you are online. You can then read those lessons without internet. Your progress is saved when you reconnect.

🎓 Certificates

  1. Pass the final quiz of a course (70% or more).
  2. Your certificate appears in the 📜 Certificates tab.
  3. Free courses give a free certificate. Other certificates are unlocked with a one-off fee of ₦1,000, ₦1,500 or ₦2,000 depending on the course, paid securely online through Flutterwave.
  4. Once unlocked you can print it on one A4 page, download it, or share its link on WhatsApp.
  • Every paid certificate adds 3,000 XP and counts towards entering the prize competition (see Leaderboards).
  • Anyone can check a certificate is real at its verify link (aiclubafrica.ng/verify/…), or by scanning the QR code printed on it.
  • Want your own colours? Buy a certificate theme with AI Coins (see AI Coins).

  • 28-day check-in challenge: check in once a day on your dashboard for XP, with bonuses on days 7, 14, 21 and 28.

A share of certificate money from all schools goes into a prize pool. The top 3 students in each school on the competition board win prizes. To enter, unlock at least 2 certificates, then keep earning XP.

Weekly leagues

Every Monday you are placed in a league group (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Diamond) ranked by the XP you earn that week. In groups of 11 or more, the top 5 move up a league and the bottom 5 move down. Everyone starts fresh each week, so newer students can win too.

🎯 Daily Quests

Every day you get 3 quests on your Home tab. They reset at midnight (Lagos time):

  • 📚 Finish a lesson (a new one, not one you already finished).
  • 🎮 Play an AI Arcade game (which game changes day to day).
  • 💻 Pass a Coding Academy lesson or practice problem (also changes day to day).
  1. Tap Go → to jump to the activity.
  2. When you finish it, come back and tap Claim +1 🪙.
  3. Claim all three, then tap the 🎁 bonus for +2 more. That is 5 AI Coins a day.
💡 Quests pay AI Coins, not XP. Finishing all three every day also builds your quest streak (+5 coins on every 7th day in a row).
