Children's Privacy Notice
Last updated: 4 October 2026
Most AICLUBAFRICA learners are children. Section 31 of the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 treats anyone under 18 as a child and requires the consent of a parent or guardian before their personal data is processed. This notice explains how we do that and the extra protections we apply.
1. How consent is given
2. What we collect from children
Only what is needed to teach and certify: name, class, school, phone or email for login (not in the Kids section), and learning activity. We never ask children for home address, photos, or location. Camera and microphone features process everything on the device and upload nothing.
3. Extra protections
4. Parents' and guardians' rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your child's data, withdraw consent, or stop parent report emails by writing to info@aiclubafrica.ng or WhatsApp +234 802 293 0602. If your child joined through a school you can also ask the school. We will verify that you are the parent or guardian before acting.
5. Learners outside Nigeria
We do not knowingly allow children under 13 in the United States, or under the local age of digital consent in the EU/UK, to register without verifiable parental consent. If you believe a child has registered without it, tell us and we will delete the account.
