By creating an account or using AICLUBAFRICA (the "Platform"), operated by WITIWORLD SOLUTIONS, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you are under 18, you confirm you have your parent, guardian or school's permission to use the Platform.
AICLUBAFRICA provides free and paid courses in AI, coding, web development, data science, exam prep and other subjects, along with quizzes, assignments, XP, badges, leaderboards and digital certificates.
Most courses are free to start. Some courses require a one-time certificate fee (₦1,000–₦2,500 depending on the course) to unlock a verified certificate upon completion; a small number of courses are entirely free including the certificate.
You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your login details confidential. You are responsible for all activity on your account.
Students may be enrolled individually or through a partner school. Teachers and school administrators can view the progress of students enrolled under their school.
Certificate payments are processed securely through Flutterwave. Prices are shown before you pay and are set per course.
Certificates are issued once a course is fully completed (all lessons, assignments and the passing quiz score) and payment (where applicable) is confirmed. Certificates include a unique QR code for verification.
Certificate fees are generally non-refundable once a certificate has been issued, except where required by Nigerian consumer protection law or in the case of a proven technical error on our part.
Some schools run leaderboard competitions funded by a share of certificate revenue collected from that school. Prizes are awarded to top-ranked learners at that school, not as refunds to individual payers. Prize structures, eligibility and timing are set out on the relevant competition page and may change between cohorts.
You agree not to: share your account with others, submit plagiarised or dishonest work for assignments/quizzes, attempt to manipulate XP, badges or leaderboard rankings, or use the Platform to upload harmful, illegal or abusive content.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, including revoking XP or certificates obtained dishonestly.
Course content and the AI tutor are provided for educational purposes. While we take care to keep content accurate, AI-generated explanations may occasionally be imperfect — always cross-check critical information, especially for exam preparation.
All course content, branding and platform design belong to WITIWORLD SOLUTIONS / AICLUBAFRICA unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, resell or redistribute course materials without our written permission.
The Platform is provided "as is". We work to keep it available and accurate but do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every certificate will be recognised by every third party. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
