Terms of Use

These terms are a binding agreement between you and WITIWORLD SOLUTIONS ("we", "us"), which runs AICLUBAFRICA (the "Platform"). Please read them with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Acceptable Use Policy, which form part of these terms.

1. Accepting these terms

By creating an account or using the Platform you agree to these terms. If you are under 18, your parent or guardian must agree to them for you — either directly, or through your school where the school has obtained that permission. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Who can use the Platform

Students aged 9 and above may hold their own account with parent/guardian permission if under 18.
Children under 9 use only the Kids section, through a class set up by their teacher.
Teachers and schools must be authorised to act for the school they register.

3. Your account

Give accurate information, keep your password private and do not share your account. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else has used it. One person, one account.

4. What we provide

Courses, interactive lessons, quizzes, assignments, AI tools, the AI Lab, Testing Lab, Code Lab, Arcade, leaderboards, leagues, competitions and digital certificates. Features may change, be added or be withdrawn as we improve the Platform; we will not remove a paid feature during a period you have already paid for without offering a fair remedy.

5. Prices and payment

Many courses are free. Some courses charge a one-time certificate fee (currently ₦1,000–₦2,000), and we may offer access passes for a month, term or year.
The price, what it covers and its duration are shown before you pay. Prices are in Naira and include any applicable charges we add.
Payments are processed by Flutterwave. Passes do not renew automatically — you choose whether to buy again.
Schools that pay for their students do so under their own agreement with us.

6. Refunds and your consumer rights

Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act 2018 (FCCPA) or other consumer law that cannot be excluded — including your right to services that are as described and delivered with reasonable care and skill.

7. Certificates

Certificates confirm completion of a course on the Platform. They are not government accreditation. See our Certificate Policy for what they mean, how they are verified and when they can be revoked.

8. Competitions and prizes

Leaderboards, leagues, hackathons and prize competitions are governed by our Competition & Prize Rules.

9. Your content

You own the work you create — assignment answers, code, hackathon projects and similar. You give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, display and process it to run the Platform (for example, to show your work to your teacher, score it, or show a project you chose to publish). If you publish a project publicly, others can view it. You can delete published projects at any time. Do not upload content you do not have the right to share.

10. Our content

Course material, software, design and the AICLUBAFRICA name and logo belong to WITIWORLD SOLUTIONS or its licensors. You may use them for your own learning. You may not copy, resell, republish or scrape them without our written permission.

11. AI features

AI tools can be wrong. Use AI explanations, feedback and generated lesson notes as a starting point and check important facts, especially for exams. Teachers remain responsible for any lesson notes they use in class. See our AI Transparency Notice.

12. Acceptable use

You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. We may remove content, reset XP, revoke certificates, or suspend or close accounts that break it, proportionately to the breach. Where possible we will tell you why and give you a chance to respond.

13. Availability

We aim to keep the Platform available and secure, but it may sometimes be interrupted for maintenance, faults or events outside our control. Offline courses you have saved keep working without a connection.

14. Liability

We are not liable for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, or for loss caused by your breach of these terms.
Otherwise, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited under Nigerian law, including the FCCPA.

15. Ending your account

You can stop using the Platform at any time and ask us to delete your account by writing to info@aiclubafrica.ng. Sections about content licences already used, liability and disputes continue after your account ends.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will give at least 14 days' notice in-app or by email before a material change takes effect. If you do not accept the change, you may close your account.

17. Complaints and disputes

Please contact us first at info@aiclubafrica.ng or WhatsApp +234 802 293 0602 — we aim to resolve complaints within 14 days. If we cannot agree, either side may refer the dispute to mediation at the Lagos Multi-Door Courthouse before going to court. You may also complain to the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (FCCPC). These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and the courts of Lagos State have jurisdiction; if you live outside Nigeria you keep any mandatory protections of your home country's law.
