AICLUBAFRICA is a learning platform operated by WITIWORLD SOLUTIONS, based in Lagos, Nigeria, offering free and paid courses, certificates and a school/teacher portal to students, teachers and partner schools across Nigeria.
This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It applies to our website, student and school dashboards, and any related mobile experience.
Account information: name, email address, phone number, school, class/grade and password (stored securely, never in plain text).
Learning activity: courses started or completed, quiz and assignment answers, XP, badges, leaderboard position and certificate records.
Payment information: when you pay for a certificate, our payment partner Flutterwave processes your card, bank or transfer details directly. We never see or store your full card number — we only receive confirmation that a payment succeeded, the amount and a transaction reference.
School and teacher data: for partner schools, we collect teacher names, roles and the students they manage in order to run classes, track progress and issue certificates.
Technical data: device type, browser, IP address and basic usage logs, used to keep the platform secure and working reliably.
To create and secure your account, and let you log in from your devices.
To deliver courses, track your progress, score quizzes and assignments, and issue verifiable certificates.
To calculate XP, badges, leaderboards and prize-pool competitions among learners at the same school.
To process certificate payments through Flutterwave and confirm successful transactions.
To send you important updates about your account, courses or certificates — by email or in-app notification. We do not send SMS messages unless you have explicitly opted in.
To improve the platform, fix bugs and keep it secure, including reviewing activity logs when investigating an issue.
We do not sell your personal data to anyone.
We share the minimum necessary data with: Flutterwave (to process payments), PocketBase-hosted infrastructure (our database and backend), and your school (if you are enrolled through a partner school, your teacher and school administrator can see your progress and results).
We may disclose information if required by Nigerian law, a valid court order, or to protect the safety of our users.
Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act (NDPA) 2023, you can ask us to: show you the personal data we hold about you, correct inaccurate data, or delete your account and associated data (subject to records we must keep for certificate verification or legal reasons).

We keep account and learning records for as long as your account is active, plus a reasonable period afterward so completed certificates remain verifiable.
Passwords are hashed, not stored in readable form. Access to student and school data is restricted to authorised staff and school administrators for their own students only.
Many of our learners are secondary school (JSS–SSS) students. Where a student is enrolled through a partner school, the school is responsible for obtaining any consent required from parents/guardians for that student to use the platform, in line with its own enrolment process.
