AICLUBAFRICA uses only the cookies and browser storage needed to make the site work. We do not use advertising cookies, analytics trackers, or tracking pixels, so we do not show a cookie consent banner.

1. Cookies we set (strictly necessary)

Login session cookies for students, teachers, schools and administrators — signed, HTTP-only and secure, so page scripts cannot read them. They keep you logged in for up to 30 days and are deleted when you log out.
ac_user — stores your display name and basic profile so pages can greet you before loading. It does not by itself log you in.

2. Browser storage

Local storage: your profile summary, language and theme choice, and whether you dismissed a notice or the install prompt.
Offline storage: courses you save for offline use, and the app shell, so the site works without a connection.
AI Lab models and recordings stay in your browser memory and disappear when you close the page, unless you choose to download your model.

You can clear all of this at any time in your browser settings; you will then need to log in again.

3. Third-party content

Flutterwave sets its own cookies on its checkout page when you pay, under its own privacy policy.
Some lessons embed YouTube videos, and some pages load icons from Cloudflare's CDN and fonts from Google Fonts. Those services receive your IP address when your browser loads them, and YouTube may set cookies when you play a video.

4. Push notifications

If you allow notifications, your browser gives us a notification address. You can turn notifications off at any time in your browser settings.

5. Changes

If we ever add non-essential cookies, we will ask for your consent first and update this page.
